My Role
Hardware Developer → Head of Hardware Development.
Joined as hardware developer at Wenu Work (backed by Engie's Factory incubator), became Head of Hardware Development. Reverse-engineered the prototype, fixed fundamental measurement errors, and designed the v3.0 three-phase device from scratch — enabling industrial clients, expansion into Mexico, and scaling to hundreds of devices.
The work spanned three layers: diagnosis (identifying the root cause of the 30% measurement error in the original prototype), hardware design (PCB design for the v3.0 three-phase device, calibration tooling reducing setup time to <2 minutes), and scaling (production processes that allowed hundreds of devices to ship without significant design changes).
